Technical Support & Warranty FAQ
The RGNT factory warranty covers all major components—including the electric motor, inverter, control electronics, frame, and lithium-ion battery pack—against manufacturing defects for 2 years or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Battery packs are guaranteed to maintain nominal capacity standards under prescribed care guidelines.
Routine service and warranty repairs are performed through our network of authorized dealer partners. Genuine spare parts, replacement brake components, tires, and accessories are stored centrally at our Sweden workshop and shipped directly to registered dealers worldwide.
If an error notification displays on your instrument panel, note down your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the specific error code. Contact your authorized local dealer or RGNT Technical Support; our engineering team can review diagnostic data via cloud telemetry to guide servicing.
For seasonal storage exceeding 30 days, maintain the battery charge level between 50% and 70%. Store the vehicle in a dry, indoor space at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. Avoid leaving the battery depleted to 0% for prolonged periods to safeguard long-term cell health.
