Commercial Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These official Terms and Conditions govern all vehicle reservations, direct sales, and B2B wholesale distribution agreements with RGNT Motorcycles (RGNT Reborn AB). Designed and engineered in Anneberg, Sweden, our 100% electric A1/L3e motorcycles adhere to stringent EU safety standards, Type 2 charging regulations, and international commercial quality benchmarks.

1. Buyer Eligibility & Commercial Accounts

Individual purchasers must be at least 18 years of age with full legal capacity to execute binding commercial transactions. Authorized business partners, importers, and regional fleet buyers must submit verified corporate accreditation and valid tax documentation prior to wholesale agreement approval.

2. Reservation Deposit & Production Allocation

To secure a small-batch assembly slot in our Swedish facility, a initial reservation deposit of €100 is required per unit. Reservations provide priority queue placement for production scheduling. Individual reservation deposits remain 100% refundable if formal cancellation is submitted in writing within 30 days of initial payment.

3. Order Confirmation & Down Payment Schedule

Within 5 business days following deposit processing, RGNT issues an official Order Confirmation detailing an estimated delivery week (±3 weeks margin) alongside assigned authorized dealer dispatch nodes. To confirm production commitment, a non-refundable down payment of €1,000 per motorcycle must be completed within the designated window. Failure to meet down payment timelines may result in production slot reallocation.

4. Technical Specifications & Customization Rules

Requests to alter technical configurations—such as battery pack capacity (8.3 kWh Standard vs. 10.1 kWh Long Range), handlebar profiles, or custom paint finishes—must be finalized at least 4 weeks prior to the confirmed assembly week. Once assembly commences, technical adjustments are restricted to protect production integrity.

5. Global Logistics, Freight & Delivery Standards

RGNT coordinates shipment directly to authorized regional dealer hubs across Europe, North America, and certified global distribution territories. All shipments comply with international UN38.3 lithium battery transport packaging standards. Final delivery balances, freight surcharges, and local VAT/duties are calculated prior to final warehouse release.

6. Factory Warranty & Battery Health Protection

Every RGNT motorcycle includes a comprehensive 2-year or 10,000 km manufacturer warranty covering structural components, electric drivetrain assemblies, and high-voltage battery modules. Battery systems are engineered for well over 1,000 complete charge cycles and are fully supported by cloud-based remote diagnostics and factory service technicians.

7. Governing Law & International Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any commercial claims or legal disputes shall be settled through simplified arbitration administered by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) in Stockholm, Sweden, conducted in the English language.
